Decent place. Great vacuums. Paid for tire shine....didn't get it. If you pay for something, you should get it!!!

Left worse than an I arrived. I gained more scratches and residue, I paid $20 because this is the car I am taking to my senior prom and I wanted one of the best options. I wish I could get it back.

My wife and I both had a membership. I paid $29 for the "best" wash and hers was $15 for a "good" wash. Honestly, I couldn't tell the difference between the two. The wash does clean off the road grime and dirt that builds up and I never had any damage. I washed my truck every week for 5 months. I had the same bug smear on my windshield for 2 months until I scrubbed it off myself. The attendants wash 3/4s of the front and back windows the same regardless of the quality of wash selected, and they barely run a brush over it before the vehicle gets pulled into the wash. You don't spend enough time in the dryer to actually dry off the car even in the most unobstructed places. I was told on weekends they supply towels. I saw a cart once and it had fewer than 6 towels. All had been used and were dirty. There appears to be no "tire shine" option so I brought my own. There are no additional cleaning supplies or a wash station to do rubber floor mats. They do have a station that cleans carpeted floor mats. I know I'll pay more someplace else and I will expect that the new car wash will do a better job with more amenities.

Hesitant about getting the unlimited wash because I’ve heard horror stories of scratches and what not-but my friend assured me that they were awesome at sunshine. Wednesday-the day before yesterday I went in and purchased the unlimited thing. I love my car-it was a gift when my son passed away. I deliver in it, travel in it…I know every mark, sound, it’s well maintained Ask the service department-Nothing lacks ever. I have a huge piece of something taken off the front right side-probably same as the other complaint before this one. Scratched pulled apart, rubber/plastic gone. My car is self driving and won’t let me even run over a bug literally stopped me for a large bug. It’s self driving and is unable to let me run over things. The guy, watch the video, had me stuck and was forcing my car when it wouldn’t go. The other side is scratched on the same area a little bit. The back didn’t get clean but I was ok with that. I’m so pissed about my front right side. This car Is so sentimental to me. Will see how they handle it. They have cameras they can see it ok going in and not going out. It will be easy to prove our disprove. I hope I’m wrong because 15$ for unlimited wash and vacuum i

They are really great and super detailed. I have done the $44 service 3 times for 3 different vehicles over the last few months and they never disappoint. This time we brought the long time family car which I don't think had had a detail In nearly 6 years. Well Bella and Pepe have the made the car look brand new and so stunning on the inside. We will always come back here for their service. Great business.
